Due to health and safety reasons of the products, only new and unopened jars/products with original seal can be accepted for returns and exchanges.
Opened products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Rules & Restrictions for Returns
All return shipments must be prepaid and shipped via the carrier of your choice. We encourage our customers to obtain a tracking number from their carrier to track the shipment. Mama T’s is not responsible for items that do not return to our address. Shipping and handling charges on all orders are non-refundable. Mama T’s reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
A refused shipment occurs when a customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Mama T’s Customer Service for a return will be charged a fee to cover return shipping and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and maybe refused a refund request. No refused shipments packages will be refunded until the original package arrives back to our address from the postal carrier which can take up to four weeks.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is cracked, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at email@example.com along with damage photos.
Unopened products are eligible for exchanges within 5 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us to start your exchange. firstname.lastname@example.org
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items may not be canceled once an order has been shipped. After you receive your order, contact email@example.com for more assistance.
Products purchased on a sale or clearance price or purchased with a discount or coupon code are not eligible for a refund.
